The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a bright, open-concept layout designed for gathering, relaxing, and spending quality time together. The living area is warm and inviting, with a comfortable sectional and a large 75” Smart TV—perfect for movie nights or watching the game.

The fully equipped kitchen offers modern appliances, ample counter space, and everything you need to cook with ease. Enjoy meals at the dining table or start your mornings at the coffee bar with Keurig, coffee pods, and tea, all while overlooking the pool.

Step outside to your private backyard oasis—the true highlight of the home. Take a dip in the heated saltwater pool and spa, relax on the sun shelf, or unwind in shaded lounge areas. Additional conveniences include a washer and dryer and private parking for up to 2 vehicles.

Guests have full private access to the entire property. Exterior areas are monitored by security cameras for your safety.

Our home is located in a friendly, residential neighborhood where neighbors enjoy spending time outdoors. You may occasionally hear daytime sounds such as music, gatherings, or yard work, especially on weekends. Nights are generally quiet, and we enforce strict quiet hours to ensure a restful stay.

If you are highly sensitive to noise or outdoor elements, this may not be the ideal fit.

Scheduled Services:

Pool service takes place weekly on Mondays (typically between 10 AM–2 PM)

Lawn maintenance is scheduled on Thursdays or Fridays, weather permitting

Pool & Weather Note:

The pool is heated; however, outdoor temperatures can impact how warm the water gets, especially during winter months.

If temperatures drop below 60°F, the heater may be turned off to prevent equipment damage.

Additional Notes:

As with any home, occasional factors outside of our control (such as weather or utility outages) may occur.

Being in South Florida, you may encounter local wildlife such as insects or small reptiles. The home is regularly treated by pest control, but this is a natural part of the environment.
